Psychic - Mind Control
- Philip can control people's minds by uncovering his left eye and look at people in their eyes.He can will them to do almost anything but it can only work if his left eye stays uncovered or that he has enough energy to even initate this power in the first place. He can control one person for half an hour (controlling two people has a time limit of 15 minutes though). Also, controlling someone would leave him utterly helpless since he can't move.
His left eye glows purple when in use.

◘Biography
Philip died in the year 2078, where science and technology
were the most advanced. He was born with the ability to mind control. When he was little, he got really angry at his parents for taking away his toys. So he willed them to die. Since he was unaware of the fact he had this power at that time, it would've been a harmless curse. But since he can mind control, he watched his parents stab themselves.

With super technology and stuff, "Special Services" took Philip to an "Orphanage" which was really, a mask. The "Orphanage" is where Mad scientists test and study "freak" children who are born with weird abilities. Philip was put inside a small, white, cube of a room with no windows and he was to mind control mice to do certain things such as; fight themselves, changing their behaviour and so on. He does go out occasionally and meet the other, glum faced "Test Subjects" and get ice-cream before being locked up again.

But one day, he walked past another room with an open door. There was a child with electrodes stuck to their head. The child was just sitting there with lifeless eyes - dead. The scientists inside the room were spinning on their chairs, complaining that their "toy" has broken down and they need to find a new one.

Rage coursed though Philip and broke out of his in caged thoughts. If he carried on being "caged", he's going to die a miserable death. But, if he gotten rid of the scientists, it would be sinned and killed because he'd use up all his life energy to control all of the scientists actions.
But it would save the children in this Twisted Toy Box

Philip's last few moments were a sea of deep, dark red as he take control of each scientist's mind and obliterated them. He glanced at the river of children - escaping from this massacre but it was enough to make Philip smile before being dragged deep into Hell.
